We've designed Beera to make hosting your event as simple and enjoyable as possible. This page provides everything you need to confidently plan your event, including our venue features, floor plans, site maps and important venue information.

You'll find a detailed floor plan with measurements and a laneway map to help you plan your event layout and arrival, please refer to our site map. If you require additional furniture, styling pieces or equipment, please refer to our Hire Collection for available in-house hire items.

Venue Access

Our team will facilitate access to the venue before your booking begins, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

Depending on your booking, a Beera team member or Venue Host may be present during part or all of your event to provide venue support, assist where required and ensure venue guidelines are being followed.

House Rules

To help us maintain Beera's beautiful space for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following venue guidelines.

Venue Care

  • No Blu Tack, tape, nails or adhesives on walls, doors or ceilings.

  • No confetti, glitter, rice or similar decorative materials.

  • Please do not attempt to access any locked or restricted areas.

  • Treat all venue furniture and décor with care.

  • Smoking is permitted only within the designated smoking area.

Before you Leave

Your booking includes general venue cleaning by our team. We simply ask that you leave the venue tidy by completing the following before your booking concludes.

Please:

  • Remove all personal belongings.

  • Take home any remaining food and beverages.

  • Remove all decorations and event materials.

  • Dispose of rubbish in the designated Beera bins only.

  • Use the internal bins during your event, then transfer waste into the external General Waste and Recycling bins before leaving.

  • Wipe up any food or drink spills.

  • Ensure no food or rubbish is left on the floor.

  • Vacate and secure the venue by the end of your booking time.

Security patrols may attend after your booking to confirm the venue has been vacated.

If a Beera team member is not present at the conclusion of your booking, please complete the following:

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Turn off all air conditioning units.

  • Please do not switch off the bar fridges.

  • Close the sliding barn door and secure it using the lock provided.

  • Return the key to the nominated location as instructed.

  • Lock the main entry door by turning the internal locking knob before closing the door.

Lock-Up Procedure

Vendor Collections

If you've hired furniture, décor or equipment from an external supplier, any next-day collection must be arranged with Beera in advance.

As we often host events on consecutive days, collection times are strictly by prior agreement. We cannot guarantee access outside the agreed collection window.

For the safety and security of our guests, staff and venue, Beera operates three CCTV cameras:

  • One external camera monitoring the venue entrance.

  • Two internal cameras monitoring the venue.

Footage is used solely for security, safety and legal purposes where required. For the safety and security of our guests, staff and venue, CCTV is monitored and recorded throughout the venue. Footage may be accessed when necessary for safety and security purposes, to investigate incidents, fulfil legal obligations, or protect people and property.

Shared Laneway & Parking

Beera is located within a shared commercial complex.

Please help us maintain positive relationships with our neighbours by:

  • Keeping all neighbouring unit entrances clear.

  • Not blocking vehicle or pedestrian access.

  • Parking only in Beera's designated bays, visitor parking spots or approved public parking.

  • Using only Beera's designated rubbish bins.

Three parking bays are located directly outside Unit 5, with Parking Bay 1 serving as the designated smoking area. Additional free parking is available along Rudloc Road and at the nearby shopping centre, just a short walk from the venue.

  • Beera is a boutique venue suitable for intimate events of up to 60 guests, making it ideal for celebrations, workshops, corporate events and creative gatherings.

  • Yes. We provide a detailed venue floor plan with measurements, a blank layout plan for event planning, and a laneway map to help you organise your event with confidence.

  • Absolutely. Beera offers a curated collection of furniture, décor, styling pieces and event equipment. Please visit our Hire Collection to view available hire items.

  • Our team will facilitate your arrival and provide access instructions prior to your booking. Depending on your event, a Beera team member or Venue Host may also be available to provide venue support.

  • Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue for all bookings.

  • Your hire includes lounge seating, two coffee tables, artificial feature plants, a dedicated bar area with fridges, and an additional decorative bar cabinet.

    12 hours hire includes our in-house eight 8-seater dining tables, forty Americana chairs.

  • Yes, we encourage you to personalise the space. However, to protect the venue, please do not use Blu Tack, tape, nails or adhesives on walls, doors or ceilings, and confetti or glitter is not permitted.

  • No. Any locked or restricted areas are for authorised staff only and must not be accessed during your booking.

  • Yes. Smoking is permitted only within the designated smoking area located in Parking Bay 1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else within the venue or shared complex.

  • Before your booking ends, please remove all personal belongings, decorations, food and beverages, dispose of rubbish in the designated bins, wipe any spills, and leave the venue tidy before locking up.

  • If a Beera team member isn't present, simply turn off the lights and air conditioning, leave the bar fridges switched on, secure the sliding barn door, return the key as instructed and lock the venue before departing.

  • Yes, but all next-day collections must be arranged with Beera in advance. As we often host consecutive events, collection times are subject to availability and prior approval.

  • Yes. Beera operates one external and two internal CCTV cameras to help protect our guests, staff and venue. Footage is accessed only when required for safety, security or legal purposes.

  • Beera has three dedicated parking bays directly outside Unit 5. Parking Bay 1 is reserved as the designated smoking area. Additional free parking is available on Rudloc Road and at the nearby shopping centre, just a short walk away.

  • Yes. Beera is located within a shared commercial complex. Please keep neighbouring unit entrances and driveways clear at all times, use only Beera's designated rubbish bins, and be respectful of neighbouring businesses when arriving and departing.

  • Yes. General post-event cleaning is included. We simply ask that you leave the venue tidy by disposing of rubbish, removing your belongings and wiping any spills before you leave.
